|Apple Service Support
Dear Students and Parents,
The Apple Service Centre at Maris Stella High School will be closed with effect from this year 1st January, 2016.
The procedure for MacBook related issues will therefore be adjusted as follows.
1. Students should approach the ICT Support Team at the ICT Office. They will be advised if their issue can be resolved in-house.
2. If the issue needs Apple Service Support, students should call the Apple Service and Support number at 68351812 to log a case. The serial number of the device is required to log a case.
3. Apple will then advise you accordingly.
4. Arrangements are being made for Apple Authorized Service Providers to come to school regularly to pick up MacBook repair cases that have been logged. Details will be provided in due course.
